Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt starrer Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya did very well in its first week with collection going past 50cr mark. Film had excellent weekend of 33.80cr nett and after that it sustained well on weekdays by showing normal drop of 10-15% on each day.
First week total came at 52.10cr nett. Film is already a Hit and may emerge SuperHit if trends well in week2, it is set to cross 75cr mark and thus will become 5th highest grossing film of first half of 2014.
Film will have another good week as there is no major release this weekend , there are three releases in this weekend Hate Story2, Amit Sahni Ki List and Pizza 3D out of them HS2 is biggest release which is mainly for single screens. HSKD doing well mainly in plexes so Hate Story2 won't affect its collection.
